What is the Digihub Ignition Program?
Ignition is an accelerator program founded in 2017 by Digihub, which offers support to new start-ups in and around Düsseldorf. The Ignition teams will not only be provided with a network of companies, investors and business agents, but also jobs in a coworking space and budget for the development of a most viable product (MVP). In addition, the founders receive coaching, mentoring and access to customized seminars and workshops.

The Process of the Ignition Breakfasts at Auxmoney
The host of the Ignition & Friends Breakfast # 13 was the Düsseldorf-based company Auxmoney. Founded in 2007 by Raffael Johnen, Philip Kamp and Philipp Kriependorf, FinTech is now the largest credit marketplace in continental Europe and has already disbursed more than 170,000 loans totaling over € 1 billion. With more than 250 employees, Auxmoney is also one of the largest start-ups in Düsseldorf.
At the Ignition Breakfast, participants were given the opportunity to personally hear the Auxmoney founding story of co-founder Philip Kamp. For the present founders and interested parties, the lecture provided exciting insights. Afterward, there was also the chance to ask the co-founder questions.
Subsequently, Dr. Yasmin Kurzhals, Head of HR, answered the question of whether there was also the obligatory table football in the office, but also how she and her team managed to further professionalize the HR sector in the past year in view of the rapid growth of the company and, together with the management, organizational development kept advancing. After the official program, interested people could get an impression of the working day at Auxmoney during the office tour.
