A Forbes ranking, created in cooperation with the Statista portal, assigns the Challenger Bank N26 top positions in several countries. At the center of the survey on the ranking “The World’s Best Banks 2019” was customer satisfaction.
More than 40,000 people in 23 countries were surveyed by Statista for the Forbes ranking “The World’s Best Banks 2019” for their satisfaction with banks. In addition, information on the factors of trust, fees, digital services, and financial advice was included. The result: ING and Citibank lead the overall ranking. In four European countries but also the Challenger Bank N26 with top 5 rankings sit up.
FinTech Startups: Between Attack and Cooperation
FinTech, founded in Berlin by the two Viennese Valentin Stalf and Maximilian Tayenthal in Berlin (1st place), Spain and Austria (2nd place each) and France (4th place), was particularly well received. In the home country Germany, however, lands N26, however, only on 17th place where ING prevailed.
Regional savings banks perform well in Austria

N26 on the way to becoming a global player?
With the good result in the ranking, N26 confirms its self-imposed claim to take banking customer service to a new level. The Berlin-based Challenger Bank has been driving a successful expansion course since its founding.
