The Big Crypto Bourse Bibox has founded a new startup incubator to promote blockchain projects in their early stages. This is evidenced by a communication of 30 March.
Estonian based Bibox, the ninth largest crypto exchange in terms of adjusted trading volume, launches the incubator under the name of Bibox Orbit.
However, the communication does not state exactly when the incubator starts operations. The stated goal is to create an ideal growth environment for blockchain projects with high potential. And to help them with their sustainable development.
In August 2018, the crypto exchange Binance also founded a startup incubator called Binance Labs. He also wants to help blockchain and crypto projects with expertise and financial resources at an early stage of their development.
Last December, Binance Labs announced the first projects to receive funding from the incubator. Out of the 500 applications, a total of eight projects were selected, each receiving $ 500,000 in investment capital while gaining access to other important resources.
In February 2019, the Iota Foundation, which belongs to the cryptocurrency of the same name, has again partnered with incubator Nova to jointly promote startups using Iota’s blockchain platform. For this purpose, the so-called Iota Cofoundery program was launched. Again, the companies are each equipped with investment capital and know how.
