Business plans… getting there
When a technology company executes a business plan at the same time as the development plan of a product and this is still not viable, in the end “the ball deflates,” says the founder of Jump Into Tech (JIT), Bosco González del Valley. On this reflection, this 25-year-old young man started to set up this company a little over a year ago, whose name is the same as his methodology.
The work of JIT
The work of JIT is to be a technological agency that offers consulting, advice and technological impulse to small, large companies and institutions through the design and programming of tools to succeed in any business or activity. González del Valle assures that JIT is not a supplier to use because “it becomes the technological division of the company to which we design the strategy, from the web or internal apps or for clients”. With its methodology, headquarters in Madrid and Valencia and technical division in Tomelloso (Ciudad Real), they seek to reclaim urban work in the current and creative world, in the style of Silicon Valley, with the parallel development of activity in rural areas to demonstrate that it has a place in the technological business fabric through constant communication and interaction.
Openwork clientele
The fact is that they have already entered into green numbers and have more than 20 clients, several of them international. Among these is the London investment fund 360 Fund Insight, the SGV project together with the Samaranch family for the management of a children’s soccer tournament throughout China, another project in Africa, the Spanish startup and Fintech MiCappital that already manages 9 million euros or the creation of Accecity, an app for town halls. The final goal, as they say from the company, is to turn ideas into viable and personalized digital products from scratch. González del Valle is very clear about the future: “In Spain we are very obsolete, so there is a lot of work ahead and we must offer a close and good service to give comfort to companies that are somewhat lost”.
Aspects of the methodology
The idea. The client explains to JIT which is the idea that he wants to develop and the first work, comment from JIT, “is to lower the idea to the ground”, because it is necessary to detect “all the weak points until the idea is clean and defined”.
Turn the sector around JIT adjusts the budget as much as possible in a sector “where companies spend millions.” JIT breaks down the project in phases with advice and consultancy from “beginning to end” and the design is started. The customer starts seeing the product and giving it shape.
The methodology in full swing With the oiled machinery the programming work enters once the client has given the ok to all the variables detected by the JIT method.
Education of the client. The project is finished and the client is “educated” in everything related to digital matter, given its complexity.
