Coworkings Spaces are now in Hamburg in large numbers, but this is different: finhaven is aimed primarily at a specific industry, namely the financial sector.

Versmannstraße 4, on the edge of the developed HafenCity, at 6 pm: The finhaven logo is being glued to the front door. In the building it looks in some places even after construction site.
No wonder, the team of the new Coworking Spaces took over the carcass only in mid-October 2018 and since then has brought most of its own initiative up to date. He can be absolutely proud.
The finhaven is also an event venue
Immediately catches the eye of the visitors over two levels extending event area. In the future, events will take place mainly in the financial world. This is how Fintech Week found a new home here. It’s on the program in November.
Jobs from 99 euros a month
The main purpose of the coworking space is, of course, the provision of jobs. They are already available from 99 Euro per month as “Club Membership”. Bank and the startup garage of comdirect bank, as well as startups such as HHX.blue and Skyfi. Skyfi hosts the Blockchance Conference and is also behind the Blockchance Campus, which is also located in the building on Versmannstrasse and is scheduled to celebrate its official opening in August.
The know-how comes from the betahaus team
The operators of the finhaven are not newbies in the industry. The new coworking space is in fact a kind of spin-off of the betahaus on the hill, and the local team is also responsible for the location in HafenCity.
For the finhaven members, this has the advantage of being able to use not only the betahaus, but also the associated global network. It is also quite possible that more industry-specific spaces will follow soon.
“Coworking as a Service” is the name of the business model. How quickly and successfully this can be put into practice, could the numerous guests of the party on Thursday.
